자연미에서 '迷'는 '자연에 미혹되다, 혼미되다, 매혹된다'라는 뜻으로 키워드를 잡았다.

예술에 있어 자연미는 미의 근원이다.

생명력을 나타내는 자연은 예술가들에게 끝없는 영감을 주었다. 예술미는 예술작품에 실현된 미로서 흔히 자연미와 대비된다. 인간의 정신에 의해서 창조된 미이므로 이것은 단순한 자연미보다 가치가 높다고 할 수 있지만, 반대로 예술창조의 원천으로서 자연미는 우월하다.

풍경화 작품에서 '예술미'와 '자연미'가 함께 공존한다. 또한, 자연이라기보다는 작가가 만든 세계이자 심상의 풍경이며, 현실에서 발견한 대상에서 출발하였지만, 현실에서는 만날 수 없는 경관으로 다시 태어난다.

다시 말해 마법에 걸리듯 '자연迷'가 형성된다. 자연미(迷)는 이 전시를 기획하며 만든 새로운 텍스트이며, 이번 전시에서 작가의 작품을 읽는 또 하나의 중요한 키워드이다. 자연 본연 생명력이 녹아든 풍경은 작가의 경험과 상상으로 또 하나의 자연으로 탄생된다. 

자연의 순간을 독자적으로 표현한 김정아, 이숙희, 윤정미 작가의 작품들은 강렬한 생명력과 에너지가 느껴지며, 깊은 온기로 우리를 위로하고 매료되게 한다. 이번 전시는 관람객이 마치 작품 안으로 들어가는 듯한 경험을 선사한다. 관객들은 자연이 주는 감동을 전시장 안에서 색다르게 체험할 수 있고, 각자의 예술 세계를 이룩해 낸 작가들의 작품을 집중 조명한다.

迷 (Beauty, ⌜me⌟) from 자연迷 (Natural Beauty) takes the keyword to mean ‘being enthralled, bewildered and fascinated’ by nature. 

Natural Beauty is the root of beauty in art. 

Nature, which represents vitality, has given endless inspiration to artists. Artistic Beauty is often contrasted with Natural Beauty as it is realized by works of art. Artistic Beauty can be simply said to be higher value than Natural Beauty since it is a beauty created by the human mind. However, Natural Beauty is superior as a source of art creation. 

In landscape works, ‘Artistic Beauty’ and ‘Natural Beauty’ coexist. The work is not nature itself, but a created world by the artist and a view of mental images. Although the work is started with an object found in realty, it is reborn as a scenery that cannot be met in realty. 

In other words, 자연迷, the Natural Beauty, is formed as if under a magic spell. 자연迷 is a new text created by planning this exhibition, and it is a very important keyword to read the artists’ works in this exhibition. The landscape work where natural vitality melts is reborn as another nature with the artist’s experience and imagination. 

Intense vitality and strong energy are felt in works of artists Kim Jung A, Lee Sukhee, and Yoon Jeongmi, who independently express the moments of nature. They comforts and fascinated us with its deep warmth. This exhibition gives visitors the experience of entering to the work. Visitors can experience the novel impression of nature through the exhibition, therefore focus on the artistic world.
